摘要: 黑茶是中国特有的茶类,近年来由于其显著的降血脂作用而成为研究的热点。现有研究表明,黑茶具有调节高脂血症的作用,其机理复杂。本文对黑茶调节高脂血症作用及机理研究进展进行了综述。

Abstract: Dark tea is a traditional and unique tea product in China and has become a research topic of high interest in recent years due to its significant hypolipidemic effect. Meanwhile, dark tea also has the capability to regulate hyperlipidemia; however, its hypoliplidemic mechanism is complex. In this paper, the regulation of hyperlipidemia and the hypolipidemic mechanism of dark tea are reviewed.
