响应面法优化海藻多糖菊粉泡腾片润滑剂种类及添加量

Optimization of Lubricant Typye and Amount in Seaweed Polysaccharide-Inulin Effervescent Tablets by Response Surface Methodology

摘要: 以有机富硒海藻多糖、菊粉原料,采用无水乙醇酸碱两相制粒法,制备富硒海藻多糖菊粉泡腾片。通过3因素3水平的Box-Behnken试验设计及响应面试验优化硬脂酸镁、十二烷基硫酸钠、微粉硅胶润滑剂在配方中添加量;最优配方为硬脂酸镁添加量0.70%、十二烷基硫酸钠添加量2.60%、微粉硅胶添加量0.90%。对最终产品进行质量分析,结果表明:所得产品制粒、压片效果好,各项指标均符合《中华人民共和国药典》相关规定。

Abstract: Effervescent tablets were prepared from organic selenium-enriched seaweed polysaccharides and inulin by absolute alcohol-acid-base two-phase granulation method. Using response surface methodology based on a three-variable, three-level central composite design, the amounts of the added lubricants sodium dodecylsulfate, magnesium stearate, and silica powder in effervescent tablet formulation were optimized to be 0.70%, 2.60% and 0.90%, respectivley. All the quality indexes fhe prepared effervescent tablets complied with the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
