以螺旋藻粉和葛根提取物为主要原料,通过单因素和正交试验,经过方差分析,结合极差结果,筛选出 最佳配方,采用直接压迫成型制片工艺,生产葛根螺旋藻复合片。研究结果表明,赋形剂最佳配方用量为二氧 化硅1.5%、微晶纤维素1%、硬脂酸镁0.25%;葛根螺旋藻复合片最佳配方为葛根提取物用量10%、螺旋藻粉用量 87.5%、赋形剂用量2.5%、螺旋藻粉含水量约7.5%、制片压力30 kN。

Abstract:
Puerariae Radix-Spirulina compound tablets were made from Puerariae Radix extract (rich in flavonoids) and Spirulina powder by direct pressing method. The formulation was optimized by single-factor and orthogonal array designs through analysis of variance (ANOVA) and range analysis. The results obtained in this research showed that the optimum excipient consisted of 1.5% silicon dioxide, 1% microcrystalline cellulose and 0.25% magnesium stearate, and the optimum tablet formulation was composed of 10% Puerariae Radix extract, 87.5% Spirulina powder with a moisture content of about 7.5% and 2.5% excipient. The tableting pressure was 30 kN.
