摘要: 母乳喂养和配方奶粉喂养婴儿的差异可以归因于母乳中多种成分在数量和质量上与配方奶粉的不同,特别是甘油三酯的结构和类型。本文基于国内外不同配方奶粉和母乳中结构脂质差异的研究现状,对两者结构脂质差异、消化与吸收过程、粪便排泄、脂肪酸代谢等作用分别进行了综述,并就不同结构脂质对婴幼儿生理健康的影响进行了总结归纳。

Abstract: The difference between breast-fed and formula-fed babies can be attributed to the differences in the quantity and quality of various components between human milk and infant formula, especially the structure and type of triglycerides. This paper summarize the current status of our knowledge concerning the differences in structural lipids between various infant formulas and human milk and reviews the differences between two feeding patterns in digestion and absorption, feces excretion, fatty acid metabolism and so on, and the effects of various lipid structural lipids on infants’ physical health are also discussed.
