摘要: 运动疲劳是连续性超负荷运动刺激所引发的一种普遍的生理现象,其产生机制主要包括能量耗竭、代谢产物蓄积和氧化应激三大主流学说。本文结合运动疲劳产生机制,对近年来发现的具有抗疲劳活性的食源性成分及其在抗疲劳产品中的应用进行了综述,以期为筛选安全有效的抗疲劳活性成分提供新的调控靶点和研究思路,并为新型抗疲劳保健产品的开发提供理论依据。

Abstract: Exercise-induced fatigue is a common physiological phenomenon caused by continuous overloaded exercise. The three main proposed mechanisms underlying exercise-induced fatigue include energy depletion, accumulation of metabolites and induction of oxidative stress. In this paper, we summarize the anti-fatigue bioactive compounds recently discovered in foods and their application as an ingredient in anti-fatigue products. This review is expected to provide new regulatory targets and research ideas for screening for safe and effective anti-fatigue bioactive compounds and offer a theoretical basis for developing novel anti-fatigue products.
