摘要: 提出了利用电导滴定法定量地测定食醋中游离矿酸和有机酸的含量。本法简捷、快速、准确,对食醋产品质量检测具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract: This paper presented a new electrochemical method which could analyze quantitatively the content of free acid and organic acid in food vinegar.Compared with other methods,it enjoyed operational simplicity, speediness and fairly high accuracy and would be of current significance in checking and assaying quality of food vinegar.
