摘要: 采用乙醇浸提、正丁醇萃取、丙酮沉淀的方法从脱脂大豆中提取大豆皂甙,并利用树脂柱层析分离得到B组大豆皂甙,进而通过HPLC-MS法对B组大豆皂甙Ⅴ进行了检测。

Abstract: The soybean saponin was extracted from defatled soybean seeds by the method of alcohol solution soaking,butanol extraction and acetone precipitation. Group B soybean saponin was separated by resin column chromatographic method. Soybean saponinⅤof group B was determined by HPLC-MS.
