摘要: 本文研究了不同剂量短波紫外线辐照对草莓贮藏效果的影响,表明10kJ/m2计量辐照能减轻草莓贮期病害,延缓后熟,0.5kJ/m2剂量能较好地保持VC含量,1.5kJ/m2剂量照射可能会造成草莓伤害。

Abstract: The storage effects ofdifferentdosage Uitraviotet -Cirradiationonstrawberry were studied.The results showedthatthediseaseincidencewa s reducedripeningwas delayedby1.0kJ /m 2 UV -CandVCcontentcouldbe retained by 0.5kJ /m 2 UV -C.It suggested that1.5kJ /m 2 UV -Ctreatment would damage the frui ts.
