内置电加热横流干燥机气流和温度分布的试验研究

摘要: 为了提高物料干燥的均匀性,探讨新的干燥机形式,本文对内置远红外线电加热管横流干燥机内部气流和温度的分布进行了试验研究,获得了气流和温度的分布规律,分析了主要工作参数(物料层通风量、物料层厚度和物料层长度)对气流和温度分布均匀性的影响。

Abstract: In order to improve the uniformity of dried material and to probe into newt ype of drier,the uni-formity ofairflow and temperature d iscribution materiallayers of crossflow drier equipped with electricheating tube.By means of the experiments,the reqularity of airflow and temperature distrbution in material layer was obtained.The influences of the key work parameters to airflow and temperature distribution uniformity were analyzed.
