箭竹叶黄酮类物质提取条件的优化

摘要: 通过L9(34)正交试验设计,探讨了提取条件对箭竹(Sinaraundinarianitida)叶黄酮类物质提取量的影响,研究结果表明:各试验因素对箭竹黄酮类物质提取量的影响依提取溶剂配比和提取时间、提取温度、预浸时间因素顺次降低,但提取溶剂配比和提取时间因素对黄酮类物质提取量的影响达到了显著性的水平(p<0.05),而其它因素的影响均不显著(p>0.05)。

Abstract: Flavonoids from Sinaraundinaria nitida leaves werepreparedaccordingtoaL 9 (3 4 )orthogonaltestplan.The relationship between extractin g conditions and yield of flavonoids extracted from Sinaraundinaria nitida leaves was investigated.The result s showedthatthe processing conditions affectedthe yield,andthatthe e ffectof each condition decreased in the foll owing order:in proportion of extracting solvents and extracting time,with temperatureofextraction,andwith timeofpre -extractingimmersion.Boththesolvents proportionandextr acting time hada significanteffectonthe y ield(p<0.05),butthe other conditions didnotaffectthe yieldto a significant degree(p>0.05).
