摘要: 本文规定了薄层色谱法检查蜜蜂中的残留红霉素,利用固相萃取原理对蜜蜂中红霉素进行提取,其检测限度可达5mg/kg,对于把握蜂蜜的质量提供了简单、快速、方便而又经济的检测方法。

Abstract: The commer-cially available erythromycin was fed to bees by beekeepers.To extract the erythromycin in the honey, the solid phase extraction gave the best results. The most useful method for examination of erythromycin was Thin-Layer Chroma-tography. The limit of test was 5mg/kg. The method could be used to control the quality of honey.
