大豆异黄酮对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的实验研究

摘要: 用切除大鼠卵巢方法建立骨质疏松症模型,研究大豆异黄酮对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松症的防治作用。结果表明:大豆异黄酮明显增加去卵巢大鼠骨密度、改进子宫指数和血清雌二醇水平及明显降低碱性磷酸酶活性,从而降低骨的转换率和增加骨密度。

Abstract: Osteoporosis mode was established through ovary resection of female rats,to investigate the preventive effect of soybean isoflavones(SIF)on osteroporosis of ovariectomized rats.The results showed that:SIF could significantly increase bone mineral density(BMD),improve the uterus index and the levels of estradiol(E2)in serum and at the same time reduce the AKP activity.SIF could efficiently prevent osteoporosis by reducing bone turnover rate and increasing BMP.
