红曲中降压活性物质的提取工艺研究

摘要: 目的:研究红曲中的降压活性物质的最佳提取条件。方法:通过正交试验和离体血管检测的方法寻找最佳提取工艺。结果:50%乙醇浸泡、80℃水浴加热1h、30ml环己烷洗涤的提取工艺,其有效成分的得率和降压活性都较高。

Abstract: Aim: Finding the best method to extract the antihypertensive substance in the red yeast rice. Method: We find the best way by the Orthogonal Design Method and isolated aorta to check the activity. Result: We find the best way is to be immersed in 50% ethanol at 80℃ in water bath for 1hour, suction-filtered and then mixed and shaken with cyclohexane. This way not only improves the activity of antihypertensive substance but also improves the output.
