摘要: 基于盐酸介质中,痕量镍(Ⅱ)对高碘酸钾氧化碱性中性红褪色反应的抑制作用,阳离子表面活性剂苄基三乙基氯化铵对此体系有强烈增敏作用,据此建立了表面活性剂增敏阻抑催化动力学光度法测定痕量镍的新方法,该方法测定线性范围为0~60μg/L,检出限为3.71×10-7g/L。方法用于环境水样中痕量镍(II)的测定,结果满意。

Abstract: A simple and sensitive kinetic spectrophotometric for determination the micro amounts of iodine were developed. The methods are based on the minus catalytic of activity nickel ion on the oxidation of neutral red by potassium periodate (KIO4) in HCl medium. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the linear range is 0~60μg/L, the detection limit is 3.71×10-7g/L. The method applied to the determination of trace nickel inenvironmental water samples obtained satisfactory results.
