摘要: 用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定糖果中的微量元素Cu、Pb、Cd含量。采用内标法,能有效地克服基体效应、接口效应和质谱干扰所造成的影响,检测限、加标回收率、相对标准偏差均能很好地满足测定的要求。

Abstract: To detect trace elements such as Cu,Pb,Cd in candy with ICP-MAS is studied. Using internal standard addition and XI interface, the impacts on matrix effect, interface effect and mass spectrum interference will be eliminated efficiently. The results of detection limit, recoveries for spiking sample and relative standard deviation are perfect enough to meet the target.
