摘要: 本文研究了不同贮藏方式与温度对毛酸浆果采后生理和品质变化的影响,确定了毛酸浆果为呼吸非跃变型果实,其最佳的采后贮藏方式为脱果萼4℃贮藏。

Abstract: A brief study was made on the effects of the changes of postharvest physiology and quality of Physalis pubescens L. caused by different preservation methods and different temperatures. The results showed that Physalis pubescens L. is the non-climacteric fruit and the optimal method to preserve the postharvest Physalis pubescens L. is to after the cut leave from flower calyx at 4℃ storage.
