紫叶稠李色素提取及测定研究

摘要: 以紫叶稠李叶片作为实验研究材料。对浸提剂的种类、浸提温度、浸提时间、浸提剂pH值及不同比例的紫叶稠李叶片和浸提剂对紫叶稠李叶片色素提取率的影响进行了提取方法的初步研究。结果表明:pH值在等于3时,以蒸馏水作为浸提剂,在60℃时浸提50min,可获得最佳提取液,再用AB-8树脂进行吸附,用40%乙醇进行洗脱,得到较纯色素。最后测得色素含量是1.6%。

Abstract: It studied the effection under different kinds of leaching medicament, leaching temperature, leaching time, leaching medicament pH and different rate of Prunus virginiana’s leaves and leaching medicament. The result shows that it can be extracted most well when pH 3, using distilled water as leaching medicament and extracting for 50 minutes at 60 ℃. Then we can use AB-8 colophony to adsorb and use 40% ethanol to elution to get purer pigment. The content of pigment extracted reaches 1.6%.
