一株好氧反硝化细菌的筛选及初步鉴定

Screening and Primary Identification of An Aerobic Denitrifier

摘要: 从菜园贮粪池旁土壤中分离到1株以硝酸钾为氮源进行好氧反硝化作用的细菌,命名为NCDX-3。分离菌株革兰氏染色为阳性,球状,菌落颜色为土黄色,生理生化实验初步鉴定该细菌为海球菌(Marinococcussp.)。研究结果表明,在好氧条件下,分离菌株在硝酸盐初始浓度为1.288g/L的反硝化培养基中,培养7d,硝酸盐除去率达到75%,且反硝化作用主要发生在指数期。

Abstract: An aerobic denitrifying bacterial strain named NCDX-3 was isolated from soil. Strain NCDX-3 was gram-positive coccus bacteria. The clones of the strain were desert tan. After physiological and biochemical experiments, the strain was presum-ptively classified within the genus Marinococcus. The results showed that the strain had a high removal efficiency for nitrate(75%)in seven days when the initial medium containing1.288 g/L nitrate was used. Denitrification occurred in the exponential phase.
