摘要: 本研究利用防腐剂苯甲酸、山梨酸在酸性条件下能同水蒸气一起蒸馏出来的特点,探讨了采用全自动蒸馏法提取复杂基质食品中的防腐剂的方法。收集所得蒸馏液,参考国标GB/T5009.29-2003规定的高效液相色谱法条件,进行高效液相色谱测定。用该方法处理的食品样品净化完全,快捷可靠,具有良好的准确度和重现性,并减少了有机试剂的使用,非常适合酱油、月饼等干扰因素较多,且难于去除杂质干扰的复杂基质食品的测定。

Abstract: Since the benzoic and sorbic acid could be distilled in acidic condition with water vapor,a method was developed for distilling preservative from complex matrix by automatic distilling. The collected and distilled liquid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with conditions permitted in GB/T 5009.29-2003. The method is capable to purify the sample entirely. It is rapid, accurate and suitable for assaying the food of complex matrix, such as soy sauce and moon cake, ete.
