香青兰中黄酮类化合物的研究

摘要: 目的:研究表明香青兰(Dracoephalum mololarie L.)地上部分黄酮类化合物含量较高。方法:有机溶剂法,色谱法从香青兰地上部分分离得到三种化合物。采用光谱技术鉴定了化合物的结构。结果:分离得到的化合物分别鉴定为2,5,7,4’-四羟基黄酮,5.4.7’-三羟基-3’甲氧基黄,4,7,3’,4’-四羟基-3-α-βglu-rha黄酮,结论:以上三种化合物均从该植物中首次分离得到。它们均具有一定的生物活性。

Abstract: Objective: To study the flavonoids of Dracoephalum mololarie L. ground segment. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by using organic solvent method and other chromatographic methods. The structures of the chemical compounds were identified by using spectral techniques. Results: Three flavonone compounds had been isolated from Dracoephalum mololarie L. They were determined as 2,5,7,4’ tetra hydroxyl flavone, 5.4.7’-trihydroxy-3’metoxyfalvone, 5,7,3’,4’-’tetra hydroxyl -3-α-β glu-rha flavone respectively. Conclusion: These compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time, which have some biological activities.
