微波消解 - 火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水菖蒲中的铜、锌、锰、镍

摘要: 本研究采用微波消解对中草药水菖蒲进行消解,并测定其所含微量元素铜、锌、锰、镍。结果显示,水菖蒲中含有较丰富的Cu、Zn、Mn、Ni。方法的检出限均小于0.046μg/ml,RSD≤2.90%(n=8),加标回收率99.13%~107.0%。微波消解法处理处理水菖蒲,具有快速、简便,、节省试剂、消解完全等特点,测定结果的精密度和准确度令人满意。

Abstract:  A microwave-digestion procedure was developed for the determination of trace Cu, Zn, Mn and Ni in Acorus calamus L by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The result shows that it contains four essencial elements such as Cu, Zn, Mn and Ni. The experimental results showed that the detection limits is all smaller than 0.046μg/ml, the RSD (n=8) is all smaller than 2.90%, and the addition standard recovery(ASR)(n=8) is 99.13%~107.0% for all elements.
