1-MCP处理对南果梨常温贮藏期乙烯释放的影响

Effect of 1-Methylcyclopropene on Ethylene Production of Nanguo Pear at Room Temperature

摘要: 本实验研究了1-MCP处理对南果梨贮藏期乙烯的影响。结果表明,1-MCP处理明显抑制和延缓南果梨乙烯释放,并随浓度的增大推迟峰值出现的时间;经1-MCP处理南果梨,随着采收期的延迟,贮藏期乙烯释放量增加,峰值出现时间提前;当日处理果乙烯释放量在贮藏期内均低于次日处理果。

Abstract: Nanguo pear was used to investigated the effects of 1-methylcyclopropene on ethylene production in storage period.The results showed that 1-methylcyclopropene treatment significantly effected ethylene production and time of ethylene releasing.With 1-methylcyclopropene increasing, the time of ethylene releasing was delayed. In storage period, the ethylene production increased and the time of ethylene releasing appeared ahead of time when it delayed the time of collected. The ethylene production of Nanguo pear, which was treated in same day, is lower than it which was treated in next day.
