摘要: 本文运用风险管理的理论,研究进口食品检验监管的风险及其管理,建立进口食品检验监管风险管理办法,包括风险识别、风险评价、风险处置以及风险监督管理,以确保进口食品的安全和提高检验检疫的通关效率,达到提速、减负、增效、严密监管的有机协调。

Abstract: This paper studied the risk of the inspection and supervision of imported food and its management. The method of risk management was established, including risk identification, risk assessment, risk disposal and risk supervision. It was helpful to ensure the safety of imported food and increase the efficiency of clearance so as to harmonize ’speed-up, burden relief, efficiency and strict supervision’.
