花椒总生物碱提取条件研究

摘要: 通过L9(34)正交试验对花椒总生物碱的最佳提取工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明:花椒生物碱最佳提取条件为:使用70%的乙醇做提取剂,pH3,使用花椒总量20倍的溶剂量,提取4h。验证实验表明:花椒生物碱在此条件下的平均提取率为0.938%。

Abstract: The extraction technology of total alkaloids from Zanthoxylum bungeanum was optimized by orthogonal design. The optimal extraction are determined as: 70% alcohol as extraction solvent,pH 3,extraction time conditions 4 h,and material-liquid ratio 1:20. The extraction rate of total alkaloids 0.938% under these conditions.
