大孔吸附树脂纯化葵花籽粕中绿原酸的研究

摘要: 采用树脂吸附法分离葵花籽粕中绿原酸,通过对4种不同类型的树脂的筛选,发现HPD400树脂具有较大的吸附率和解吸率,对HPD400树脂吸附葵花籽粕中绿原酸的吸附性能进行了研究,发现上样浓度为2mg/ml、pH值为3.0时,树脂吸附率最高,洗脱时采用pH6.0、40%乙醇浓度洗脱效果较优。HPD400树脂是一种适宜分离葵花籽粕中绿原酸的大孔树脂。

Abstract: The purification of chlorogenic acid(CA) from sunflower seed meal with four kinds of commercial macroporous resins was studied.Results showed that HPD400 is the optimal resin owing to its bigger adsorption ratio and bigger desorption ratio. The adsorption characteristics of HPD400 resin were studied. It was found that the best conditions are adjusting CA concentration 2 mg/ml in sample at pH 3.0 and taking 40% ethanol at pH 6 as eluent.
