何首乌中清除自由基活性成分提取工艺

摘要: 目的:探讨何首乌中各种清除自由基组分的提取工艺。方法:通过单因素和中心组合试验,对影响何首乌中二苯乙烯苷、蒽醌类化合物含量的提取因素(温度、酒精浓度、时间、料液比)进行了研究,同时将提取物清除DPPH自由基的能力作为考察指标,运用响应面分析法确定清除自由基组分提取的最优化工艺条件。结果:所得最优工艺条件为:料液比1:10、温度62℃、乙醇浓度81%、提取时间60min、提取次数为两次。在此条件下蒽醌类物质的得率为1.06%,二苯乙烯苷得率5.03%,DPPH自由基清除率为58.7%。

Abstract: Objective:To study the extraction process of effective components for scavenging free radical from Polygonum multiglorum Thunb. Methods:Response surface methodology(RSM) was applied to study effects of extraction temperature,ethanol concentration,extraction time and solid to liquid ratio on extraction yield of anthraquinone and stilbene glycoside as well as clearance rate of the extracts to DPPH radical. Results:The optimal extraction conditions are:temperature 62 ℃,ethanol concentration 81%,extraction time 60 min and solid to liquid ratio 10:1. Under these conditions,the yields of anthraquinone and stilbene glycoside are 1.06% and 5.03% respectively,and the clearance rate to DPPH is 58.7%.
