金针菇水溶性多糖提取工艺的研究

摘要: 探讨了以金针菇为原料提取水溶性多糖的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,温度90℃、浸提时间4h、料液比1:30、提取2次、pH7为提取金针菇多糖的最佳工艺条件。向糖液中加入氯仿-正丁醇溶液(5:1)去除蛋白以纯化多糖,产率达1.63%。

Abstract: The experiment was designed to study the extraction conditions of water soluble polysaccharides from fresh Flammulina velutipes. The experimental results showed that the optimum technological conditions are solid-liquid ratio 1:30,temperature 90 ℃,extraction time 4 h,times of extraction 2 and pH 7. Under these conditions,the extraction yield is up to 1.63%.
