金针菇菌丝体多糖超声提取工艺的研究

摘要: 目的:研究金针菇菌丝体多糖超声辅助提取的最佳工艺。方法:通过单因素以及正交试验进行超声辅助提取金针菇菌丝体多糖;采用蒽酮比色法测量金针菇菌丝体多糖的含量。结果:超声辅助提取金针菇菌丝体多糖,最佳工艺条件为:料液比1:100、超声强度80W、超声处理时间10min、浸提液pH8.0。结论:水浴提取法平均提取率为1.16%,超声辅助提取金针菇菌丝体多糖的得率率平均为3.46%,提高了198.28%。这说明超声辅助法提取金针菇菌丝体多糖明显优于水浴法。

Abstract: The optimal process of extracting polysaccharides from Flammuling velutipes(Cart.) Sing was studied by single factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum conditions for extracting the polysaccharides assisted by ultrasonic wave are as follow:material-liquid ratio 1:100,ultrasonic power 80 W,pH 8.0 and extraction time 10 minutes. The ultrasonic extraction method is better than the hot water extraction method,owing to higher extraction rate.
