摘要: 在静态吸附与解吸附单因素试验基础上,利用五因素四水平的正交试验对HPD300大孔树脂精制金橘皮中黄酮的工艺进行了研究。结果表明:HPD300大孔树脂对金橘皮中黄酮有较好的纯化效果,当工艺条件为:pH5.5的黄酮溶液、树脂吸附4.5h、并用体积25倍于树脂质量(解吸液体积/树脂质量)、浓度为80%的乙醇解吸2.5h时,黄酮回收率可达75.6%,纯度为38.2%。

Abstract: Using five-factor and four-level orthogonal test,the characteristics of HPD300 macroporous resin for purifying flavonoids of Fortunella margarita were studied. The results showed the HPD300 macroporous resin has better purifying ability for the flavonoids. On the conditions of crude flavonoids solution pH 4.5,adsorption time 4 h,ratio of 80 % ethanol(desorption solution) volume to the resin weight 25:1 and desorption time 2 h,the recovery rate of the flavonoids is 75.6 %,and the purity is 38.2%.
