花生粕酶水解液中黄曲霉毒素B1脱除方法的研究

摘要: 以花生粕为原料,经酶水解制备复合氨基酸水解液,采用石灰水、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、二氧化氯、次氯酸钠、亚硫酸钠和氨水脱除花生粕酶水解液中的黄曲霉素B1,利用酶联免疫吸附法检测脱毒效果,结果表明:6种化学物质均有一定的脱除黄曲霉毒素的效果,采用石灰水处理花生粕酶水解液8h脱毒效果最好,脱毒率为95.76%,因此,石灰水是本实验中脱除黄曲霉毒素B1的最佳脱毒剂。

Abstract: Peanut meal was hydrolyzed with acid protease and papain,and the removal effects of limewater,polyvinyrrolidone,chlorine dioxide,sodium hypochlorite,sodium sulfite and ammonia water on aflatoxin B1 in the hydrolysate were investigated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method respectively. The results showed that the six chemicals all have certain removal effects on aflatoxin B1. The treatment of 1% limewater for 8 h has the best detoxication effect,with detoxication rate 95.76%. Therefore,limewater is the best detoxifier of aflatoxin B1 in peanut meal among the six chemicals.
