两株虫草固体培养营养体的对比研究

摘要: 通过固体培养的方法对蒙山虫草(Cordyceps kyushuensis)和北虫草(Cordyceps militaris)的营养体进行培养,比较其固体培养特性。结果表明:两者在不同的培养基上菌落直径差别显著;对碳源的选择性高于对氮源的选择性。二者生长发育的适宜温度均为20~28℃。

Abstract: Cultivation characteristics of two Cordyceps sinensis vegetatives including Cordyceps kyushuensis and Cordyceps militaris were compared with each other by solid culture method. The results showed that both of them vary obviously in colony diameter in different media and are more selective to carbon than nitrogen. The suitable temperatures for their growth are both between 20℃ to 28℃.
