昆嵛山野生黄伞菌丝液体培养工艺研究

摘要: 通过单因子试验统计分析,优化筛选了昆嵛山野生黄伞菌丝液体培养的适宜培养基和摇瓶培养条件。结果表明,其适宜的液体培养基配方为玉米粉4.0%~5.0%,米糠2.0%,KH2PO4 0.1%,MgSO4·7H2O 0.05%,VB1浓度为100μg/L;适宜的摇瓶培养条件为:培养基的起始pH6.5~7.5,500ml锥形瓶装液量150ml,接种量为10%,培养温度26~27℃,摇床转速为160r/min,培养时间为5d。此时菌丝干收率为45g/L。

Abstract: A suitable liquid medium for shaking culture of Kunyu Mountain Pholiota adipose(wild-type) was screened using single test statistics. Composition of the medium includs of 5.0 % corn meal,2.0 % wheat bran,0.1% KH2PO4,0.05 % MgSO·4 7 H2O and 100μg VB1/L;Under the conditions of pH 6.0~7.5,10 % inoculation,26 ℃ to 27 ℃,160 r/min and 150 ml medium in 500 ml flask,the recovered dried mycelium is 45 g/L.
