山楂中有效成分含量测定的研究

摘要: 本实验选用熊果酸为对照品,用比色法对山楂总三萜酸的含量进行测定,并对相关影响条件进行考察。结果测得提取物中总三萜酸的含量大于80%,回收率为97.70%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.06%;以芦丁为对照品,采用硝酸铝显色法测定山楂总黄酮的含量,结果表明:黄酮浓度与吸光度有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.12%,RSD为2.91%。该方法简便、准确可靠,可用于黄酮类成分含量的测定。

Abstract: Using ursolic acid as reference substance,content of total triterpenic acid in Crataegus pinatigide Bge was determined by colorimetric method. Results showed that the content of triterpenic acid is over 80%. The average recovery rate is 97.70% with RSD 1.06%. Meanwhile using rutin as reference substance,content of total flavonoids in Crataegus pinatigide Bge was also determined by colorimetric method of aluminium nitrate. Results showed there is good linearity between content of total flavonoids and absorbance. The average recovery rate is 97.12% with RSD 2.91%.
