摘要: 在使用2006年国家标准《GB/T20361-2006水产品中孔雀石绿和结晶紫残留量的测定高效液相色谱荧光检测法》的过程中,分析前处理、净化、检测各个环节所遇到的问题,并研究硼氢化钾的还原效果。液液萃取过程中采用离心取代分液漏斗分液,同时做出一些相应的简化。本改良方法通过对罗非鱼、对虾和鳗鲡三种水产品的测定结果显示,回收率在80.7%~109.8%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.967%~9.169%。

Abstract: In the use of China national standard Determination of malachite green and gentian violet residues in fishery products-high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector(GB/T20361-2006),the problems concerning pretreatment,purification and detection were analyzed. The reduction effect of KBH4 was studied. Centrifugation was adopted for separation instead of separatory funnel in liquid-liquid extraction process. Meanwhile some corresponding operations were simplified. The determination results of tilapia,shrimp and eel by the improved method showed that the recoveries range from 80.7% to 109.8% with the relative standard deviations(RSD) from 0.967% to 9.169%.
