绞股蓝多糖对疲劳运动小鼠免疫能力的影响

摘要: 通过建立了小鼠力竭运动模型,给小鼠灌服不同剂量的绞股蓝多糖溶液,测定其力竭游泳时间,并对小鼠的免疫器官重量、淋巴细胞转化和迟发型超敏反应程度进行了测定,旨在探讨服用绞股蓝多糖对小鼠力竭运动的影响及其机制。结果表明:绞股蓝多糖能够明显延长力竭运动时间;服用绞股蓝多糖对疲劳运动小鼠的免疫器官脾脏功能有增强作用,对小鼠特异性免疫能力有提高作用,高剂量下对于ConA诱导小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力有提高作用。

Abstract: To explore the effects and mechanism of Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides(GPP) on exhausted mice,a model of exhausted exercise on them was established. After being gavaged with different dosages GPP solution,the time of exhausted exercise,weight of immune organ and lymphocyte’s conversion degree were measured for the mice. The results showed that GPP can significantly prolong exhausted motion and enhance spleen function,and also can improve transformation ability of lymphocyte induced by conA with high dosage.
