熊果酸体外细胞毒性及对丙烯酰胺细胞毒性抑制作用的研究

摘要: 目的:评价不同浓度的熊果酸的体外细胞毒性及其对环磷酰胺和丙烯酰胺细胞毒性的抑制作用。方法:在培养板上加入不同的受试物。MTT比色法观察细胞的活性以研究细胞增殖率。用分光光度计以490nm波长测光密度值(OD)。分析并评定熊果酸的毒性级。结果:熊果酸毒性程度无毒级,对丙烯酰胺的抑制作用显著。

Abstract: Objective:To evaluate the cyotoxicity of diffirent doses ursolic acid and its inhilition effect on cytoxicity of acrylamide. Methods:Diffirent test matters were loaded on the culture plate.The viability of cells was evaluated by MTT assay to investigate cell proliferation. Optical density(OD) was measured by a spectrophotometer at 490 nm. Then the cytotoxicity grade was evaluated according to the means of cell proliferation and the statistical significance. Result:Ursolic acid is innoxious to the tested cells. It has great inhibition effect on cyotoxicity of acrylamide.
