摘要: 对农产品中具有抗癌功效的功能因子的筛选是一项繁重而艰巨的任务。传统整体动物试验效率低、耗资较大,不能满足实际工作的需要。因此,建立简单、快速、可靠的筛选替代模型,一直是国际上讨论的课题。近年来,应用细胞系技术对农产品中具有抗癌功效的功能因子进行筛选进展迅速,现就细胞系技术在农产品生产及筛选具有抗癌功效的功能因子方面的应用做一总结。

Abstract: It is a heavy work to screen the anti-cancer function factors of agricultural products. The tradional animal methods can not meet the present demands due to their low efficiency and expensive cost. So establishment of simple,rapid and accrute methods has always been the hot focus discussed. Recently,cell line technique has been widely used in selecting anti-cancer factors of argicultural products.This paper is involved in the application of cell line technique in the anti-cancer factors of agricultural products.
