Optimization of Vacuum Far-Infrared Radiation Drying of Flos Lonicerae by Response Surface Analysis

摘要: 以金银花为干燥对象,进行真空远红外辐射干燥试验。通过二次回归正交试验,建立干燥速率和物料中绿原酸含量与辐射板温度、干燥室压力和物料量之间的数学模型,并进行方差分析。通过响应面分析,研究各干燥参数对干燥速率和绿原酸含量的影响情况。结果表明:回归模型具有良好的拟合性;对干燥速率和绿原酸含量的影响显著性顺序均为辐射板温度>物料量>干燥室压力;干燥速率随着板温的升高、压力的下降和物料量的减少而上升,绿原酸含量随着压力的下降和物料量的减少而上升,随着板温的升高,绿原酸含量先缓慢上升后下降。

Abstract: In the present study, a quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design was used to optimize the vacuum far-infrared radiation drying of Flos Lonicerae. A mathematical model describing drying rate or chlorogenic acid content as a function of heat radiation temperature, drying chamber pressure and material feeding amount was established and was analyzed by analysis of variance and response surface analysis. The results showed that both the mathematical regression models were in good agreement with the experimental process. Three drying parameters could be ranked in descending order of their effects on drying rate and chlorogenic acid content as follows: heat radiation temperature > material feeding amount > drying chamber pressure. Drying rate revealed an upward tread with increasing heating temperature and decreasing drying chamber pressure and material feeding. The content of chlorogenic acid increased with decreasing drying chamber pressure and material feeding, and went up slowly and then dropped  with increasing heating temperature.
