摘要: 表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)是茶叶提取活性物中的重要成分之一,也是最具潜力的天然化学预防剂之一。EGCG对多种癌细胞的多条信号通路都有影响,其对癌细胞信号传导通路影响的结果是抑制癌细胞的增殖、加速癌细胞凋亡以及抑制癌细胞转移、侵袭等。当前研究得较多的是MAPK、PI3K-Akt、NF-κB和p53信号通路。本文就近年来EGCG对不同癌症细胞信号传导链影响的研究进行综述。

Abstract: EGCG is not only an important active component in tea extract, but also one of the most potential chemopreventive agents. EGCG has obvious impacts on a variety of signaling pathways in cancer cells, thus leading to the inhibition of cancer cell proliferation, accelerating apoptosis and suppressing cell migration and invasion. Current research is focused on MAPK, PI3K-Akt, NF-κB and other signaling pathways. In this paper, the effect of EGCG on different signal transduction chains is summarized.
