富硒青钱柳多糖对糖尿病模型小鼠血糖、血脂和免疫力的影响

摘要: 研究富硒青钱柳多糖(selenium polysaccharide from Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal) Ijinskaja,Se-CPP)对糖尿病模型小鼠血糖、血脂和免疫力的影响。高脂饮食加腹腔注射链脲佐菌霉素建立小鼠糖尿病模型,以生理盐水、青钱柳多糖(Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal) Ijinskaja polysaccharide,CPP)、CPP+亚硒酸钠、亚硒酸钠、Se-CPP低、中、高剂量(0.2、0.6、1.8 g/(kg·d))、消渴丸连续灌胃给药42 d。末次给药后检测小鼠葡萄糖耐量、血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)含量、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)含量、抗氧化酶活力、免疫器官指数及小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化指数。结果表明:连续给药42 d后,Se-CPP低、中剂量组小鼠血糖、血清TC和TG水平均低于CPP组和CPP+亚硒酸钠组,Se-CPP较CPP具有更好的抗氧化活力和提高糖尿病小鼠免疫力的功效。

Abstract: This work studied the effect of selenium polysaccharide from the leaves of Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal) Ijinskaja (Se-CPP) on blood glucose, serum lipid and immunity in diabetic mice. The diabetic mice induced by high-fat diet and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin were administrated with physiological saline, Cyclocarya paliurus (Batal) Ijinskaja polysaccharide (CPP), CPP + sodium selenite, sodium selenite, Se-CPP at low, middle and high doses (0.2, 0.6, 1.8 g/(kg·d)) and Xiaoke pill. After 42 d administration, the levels of glucose tolerance, serum total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG), the activities of antioxidant enzymes, immune organ index, and spleen lymphocyte transformation rate were measured. The results showed that blood glucose, serum TC and TG levels in the low- and middle-dose Se-CPP groups were lower than those in the CPP and CPP + sodium selenite groups. In addition, Se-CPP had better antioxidant activity and could more effectively improve immunity in diabetic mice than CPP.
