摘要: 磁性固相萃取是近年来不断发展的一种样品前处理技术,而磁性功能材料作为磁性固相萃取的吸附剂,由于其独特的物理和化学特性引起广泛关注。本文总结分析了2010年以来磁性功能材料在食品中农药、兽药、合成色素、及其他有毒有害物质检测应用方面的研究进展,以期为食品安全检测新技术的推广应用提供参考。

Abstract: Magnetic solid-phase extraction (MSPE) is a new sample pretreatment method, which has been continuously developed in recent years. The use of magnetic functional materials as MSPE adsorbent has gained extensive attention because of their unique physical and chemical properties. This article summarizes the applications of magnetic functional materials in the detection of pesticides, veterinary drugs, synthetic dyestuffs, and other toxic and harmful substance residues in foods since 2010, with the aim of providing references for the popularization and application of new food safety detection techniques.
