摘要: 葱属植物作为药食同源植物,因其含有多糖类、黄酮类、挥发油等多种功能性成分,且具有一定免疫调节作用而被广泛应用。当免疫机能发生紊乱时,会增加很多疾病产生的风险,如炎症、癌症等,严重威胁人类健康。本文针对葱属植物功能性成分免疫调节作用的研究进展进行综述,为葱属植物的开发和应用提供参考。

Abstract: Allium species are widely used for both medicinal and food purposes because they contain multiple functional ingredients such as polysaccharides, flavonoids and volatile oils that can exert immunoregulatory effects in the body. Immune dysfunction can increase the risk of many diseases such as inflammation and cancer, which pose a great threat to human health. The immunoregulatory effects of functional ingredients in Allium species are reviewed herein, which will provide a reference for their development and applications in the future.
