摘要:

本实验通过Sepharose CL-6B 凝胶色谱层析和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对胞外多糖纯度纯化和鉴定,证明前期优化出的提取工艺使嗜热链球菌KLD3.0207 胞外多糖达到纯化目的,并满足进行功能实验的需要。

Abstract:

In this study, the purification and identification of extracellular polysaccharides (EPS) from S. thermophilus KLDS 3.0207 were conducted using Sepharose CL-6B gel chromatography and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. It was proved that the optimized extraction technology in the prophase can meet the request of EPS function analysis.
