怀山药零余子提取物抗氧化活性的研究

摘要:

研究怀山药零余子提取物的体外抗氧化作用。通过测定怀山药零余子提取物的还原能力和对化学模拟体系中羟自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子自由基(O2·)及二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH·)清除能力,评价怀山药零余子提取物的体外抗氧化作用。实验结果表明,怀山药零余子提取物具有明显的体外抗氧化作用。

Abstract:

The antioxidant activity of extracts from bulbil of Dioscorea opposita was assessed by determining their reducing abilities and scavenging abilities on hydroxyl radical (·OH), superoxide anion radical (O2·) and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical (DPPH·). The results showed that the extracts from bulbil of Dioscorea opposita have significant antioxidant activity in vitro.
