海湾扇贝体内重金属镉的富集和消除规律的研究

Study on Accumulation and Elimination of Cadmium in Argopecten irradiams

摘要:

以日照海湾扇贝(Argopecten irradiams)为研究对象,分别在Cd2+ 的浓度为0.001、0.0025、0.005、0.01mg/L及一个对照共5 组海水中培养时,镉在其体内的积累和排出规律。结果表明,海湾扇贝(Argopecten irradiams)对镉具有较强的富集能力,随着时间的延长,Cd2+ 浓度的增加,富集量也增加。而且内脏的富集能力远高于肌肉。停药后镉的代谢情况是:随着镉的浓度升高,代谢速度基本上是呈上升趋势的,但是代谢相同时间后,镉的残留量呈上升趋势。

Abstract:

Argopecten irradiams of Rizhao was cultivated in seawater with cadmium concentrations of 0.001, 0.0025, 0.005 and 0.01 mg/L and a control respectively, and the rule of accumulation and elimination of cadmium was studied. The experimental results showed that the cadmium accumulation in Argopecten irradiams increases with the increase of cadmium concentration in seawater and cultivation time. Furthermore, the cadmium accumulation in viscera is more serious than in muscle. After stopping the cultivation, the speed of cadmium elimination from the body has a positive relationship with the cadmium accumulation in the body. But after a certain time of metabolism, the cadmium remnant is still higher in the previous high accumulation body of scallops.
