摘要:

两株嗜酸乳杆菌La-1 和 La-2 代谢产生的抗菌物质经粗提、活性检测,得到了抗菌性明显的多肽组分。经SDS-PAGE 电泳分离检测,发现其主要组分为分子量约为33.0kD 的多肽。

Abstract:

The metabolites, polypeptides of Lactobacillus acidophilus La-1 and La-2 were isolated respectively. It was found experimentally that both of the polypeptides have some antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus anthracis. SDS-PAGE analysis indicated that they have the same molecular weight of around 33 kD.
