摘要:

皂甙类是降血糖重要有效成分之一,通过对降血糖植物及成分、皂甙成分及生理功能、皂甙类成分降血糖作用、皂甙降血糖作用机理等方面的综合研究。建议将现代技术和分子生物学同皂甙研究相结合,深入研究皂甙功能与生理生化机制的关系,了解其对糖尿病并发症的作用。

Abstract:

Some physiological functions of plant saponins and their hypoglycemic mechanism have been studied in recent years. This article summarized the research status on these. It was suggested that the study on relationship between saponin functions and mechanism is necessary to find out the therapeutic effects of saponin on the syndrome of diabetes mellitus through modern molecular biotechnology.
