一株产不饱和脂肪酸真菌的分离与鉴定

摘要:

从毛豆腐中分离到一株产不饱和脂肪酸真菌MM01,该菌每克干菌丝总脂含量为5.6%,油酸占总脂的37.330%,亚油酸占总脂的10.943%,γ- 亚麻酸占总脂的18.783%。经鉴定,菌株MM01 为雅致放射毛霉。

Abstract:

A strain MM01of fungus was isolated for producing unsaturated fatty acid. It was found experimentally that 56 mg of total fatty acids are contained in 1 g of dry mycelia of the strain, which consist of oleic acid (37.330%), linoleic acid (10.943%) and γ - linolenic acid (18.783%). The strain was identified as Actinomucor elegans.
