木糖调节小鼠肠道菌群作用的研究

摘要:

本实验研究木糖对小鼠肠道菌群的影响。实验小鼠灌胃不同剂量的木糖,观察双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、肠杆菌和肠球菌等4 种肠道菌群的变化。结果表明,木糖具有调节小鼠肠道菌群及促进双歧杆菌增殖功能。

Abstract:

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of xylose on intestinal microflora in mice. Mice were orally administered with xylose at different doses, and then the numbers of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Enterobacter and Enterococcus were counted, respectively. The results showed that xylose can regulate and improve the intestinal flora and efficiently stimulate the proliferation of Bifidobacterium in mice.
