大鼠灌胃大豆肽后各组织ACE 酶活性的研究

Angiotensin I-converting Enzyme Activity in Different Tissues of Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats Administered with Soybean Peptide

摘要: 利用体外ACE 酶抑制实验筛选获得的自制大豆肽灌胃自发性高血压大鼠,经过8 周灌胃后,测定大鼠的胸主动脉、肺、肾、心脏、大脑和血清各组织ACE 酶活性的变化。结果表明:灌胃大豆肽的自发性高血压大鼠,其胸主动脉、肺、肾、大脑和血清的ACE 酶活性显著低于生理盐水对照组,且对肾脏组织的ACE 酶活力呈剂量依赖性,大豆肽剂量越高,酶活力越低。但对心脏的ACE 酶活力没有抑制作用。说明灌胃自制大豆肽对大鼠的肺、肾、大脑等组织中的ACE 酶的表达或激活起到显著的抑制作用,但作用机制和途径尚需进一步研究。

Abstract: In order to explore the effect of soybean peptide on angiotensin I-converting enzyme (ACE) activity in spontaneously hypertensive rats, the ACE activities in thoracic aorta, lung, kidney, heart and cerebra tissues as well as serum of spontaneously hypertensive rats administered with soybean peptide for 8 weeks were determined. The results indicated that ACE activities in thoracic aorta, lung, kidney and cerebra tissues as well as serum of spontaneously hypertensive rats administered with soybean peptide were lower than those of rats administered with saline. Soybean peptide inhibited ACE activity in kidney tissue in a concentration-dependent manner, but it did not exhibit an inhibitory effect on ACE activity in heart tissue. These results suggested that soybean peptide revealed a remarkable inhibitory effect on the expression or activation of ACE in lung, kidney and cerebra tissues of spontaneously hypertensive rats. However, its mechanisms and pathways still need to be further studied.
